Hope he probably spawned it.Though i have never seen any spawned npcs run around.Notice how there was a ressurect them on the ground.

The old Spring Chickens of 2009 were warp NPCs where you could collect eggs containing Bubble Heads. I had nothing to do with this guy, but he seems to be just some clever hacker so far. However, it apparantly got on and fixed chat....I'm not so sure hackers can do that
