now although it does look "awesome" it's a shooter, so to me, it all depends on whether or not the story lives to the gameplay people seem to love in shooters...THAT'S SUCKS

ok i get it dragoon your remind of this kid i know he hates any game with guns... it doesn't cause violence i have no clue why it gives you such a joy to kill something or someone but when you do you get a little happy with out death in games, games would be boring and story lines would also stay the same i mean yea characters would still die of old age but how fun does that sound in a story? ''He died epicly at the age of 99 from old age'' yea im sure that would fly off the shelf's just fine. I personally like all types of games any thing that gives my a challenge or puzzle to figure out once i accomplish this i think back on story line the plots the twists and what i have done Gaming is now another for of entertainment on the market and there are many types of ''guns'' in games whether real or not real a gun is basically anything that launches a projectile of some sorts at high speeds thats what makes a gun so most weapons can be considered a ''gun'' i mostly like all games and are fine with them good graphics dont make a good game its the game play and the experience of the adventure and the story of fiction coming to life infront of your eyes so you can escape reality and have a journey of fun by your self or with friends. Have you even played and shooter games or given them a chance? i plan to be in the gaming industry in the future as another job besides architect so there are still multiple games that have guns but are they really counted as ''shooters'' no this is what makes games interesting to see projectiles flying at you or something at super high speeds to accomplish the goal. are you saying you hate all shooters in general or just certain types? and if you do have you given the game a chance you shouldn't hate with out giving something in general a trail so really think what you hate about shooters

i have played shooters like uncharted before, and 1 time my friend let me borrow his copy of some call of duty game, it's not really the genre that i hate, it's just the fact that everyone drools over these games that are pretty much the same thing over and over again, and the game developers who just seem too lazy to create a game that really requires thinking and strategy, shooting is fine to me, it can be fun from time to time, but there are just so many that i'm afraid the entire gaming industry is just being taken over by the shooters genre, games with guns in them are different, take jak and daxter for example, yes it has a focus on guns, but it's bit different and you'd really have to play it to know what i'm talking about, and there are a bunch of platforming elements in the game that make it like fun platforming, mixed with a simple shooting mechanic, it's fun when you put variety into a genre, and not just repeat the same thing everyone else does in an attempt at appeal to fans, just look at ratchet and clank, they're getting milked like a cash cow because insomniac doesn't wanna leave they're mascot
