I haz done some searching for a mmorpg naruto game and i found one: Naruismu. 

The game is currently developed by a group of people. They have their own website and facebook page and youtube channel. Site: http://www.narusimu.com/

Here's a video of concept art and modelling.  

I spoke with someone who has some knowledge about this on their site and said that there is going to be something like deathmatches starting this year. And he wasn't lying. I had looked in FAQ section and one of the answers said that there's gonna be a deathmatch version coming out this year.
