Summer coming up,FusionFall down for the count,Girlfriend wants to go to starbucks,Father wants me to workout with him a lot,brother keeps annoying me,my drawing is getting sloppy,it's come to the point where my doctor says that if i don't stop this anxiety i can literally kill myself because i'm putting a lot of stress on my heart  

Not sure thats kill-worthy but I do understand just how un-fun Anxiety is.

don't get what's stressful about going to get some coffee, either   

lol well none of that seems stressful, maybe the working out but you get to see some of the women who go to work out too. So idk. The doctor part makes me laugh. I mean look at some of the other people on this site who do way more than that and are perfectly fine. and really if your dad was aware of the situation he probably knows that exercise helps the heart.
Everyone has annoying siblings as well so,  well I never believe anything I read on here most of the time so you know   


ok Grumpy Part over, now I'll talk with actual kindness.

If you had to choose, the drawing of course is the first thing you should give up, you don't have the passion plus you can't use it for anything in today's jobs. So you don't need that, as for the girlfriend thing,  don't drink the coffee.

if your having anxiety about a relationship...
get out of it.

honestly not for your sake,
though it may actually help a lot...

but at least for the girls...
it's not fair to her if you don't want to do things because your so stressed out

(take it from me... I've only been on 2 dates with my boyfriend while he's been my boyfriend... all because he's always busy... we just never spend time together... I mean we do go to starbucks for hotcocoa lol but that's not a date... that's a sad excuse for a date anyways... but I mean, I like him too much anyways, but still... I wouldn't mind if he tried to prove his likage for me a little more >.> *Jordan rant over* )


and also, drawing shouldn't be stressful... even if you get a little worse, you'll find time in your life to improve...

secondly...
working out can clear your mind...

and siblings are gonna be annoying...


and final thing...

SLEEP A LOT MORE and TAKE VITAMIN D

you'll be so much better...
ask your doctor to measure your vitamin d levels..

vitamin D controls your stress hormones as well as your immune system, so get working on that...


make lists...
plan free time
take vitamin D
sleep
pray
and serve others


and I garrantee you'll feel so much better in a months time ^.^

i don't drink coffee lol it's just that white girls love starbucks   anyways my anxiety is gone cuz i've been surpassing it by doing some drawing and gaming a lil bit more so i'm all good now,and the anxiety was caused from my brother he was literally the center of it i mean if i didn't know him i'd probally get sent to jail for......yea well it's gone now 

and if u haven't noticed i'll be 15 in august so yea....i play football and baseball so i'm healthy...i run a lot i'm not one of those fat gamers who sits around all day gaming and eating pizza   but yea just cuz i'm 14 doesn't mean i know what an average 14 year old knows   i know a lot actually cuz i was in the gifted program in 5th grade but yea........pancakes anyone?

oh guys when i be all day at pc when my sister is away at work i usually drink water o.o after i ate ice cream or some food from fridge then water i guess i'm not interested in eating pizza's cause they have a lot calories o.o i go to school from monday to friday and i never miss lessons o.o i come early and then wait like 12 or 15 mins when i come to school. o.o oh DMatrix your healthy cause you do sports o.o and i don't do exercise at school cause they give lame exercises o.o but i usually grab that basketball and throw at basket if i can throw in to get 1 point ugh takes time for me like tried 7 times -.- and 1 point scored i'm not good at basketball but i like it, i'm chubby i don't call myself fat cause it's a bad word o.o and get you into fighting or something o.o but i ignore it when someone calls me fat or either lox, is my grammar bad? oh and before i say this i'm not coming back at xtreme fusionfall  forum anymore just came to visit i'm going to play browser based games all summer o.o oh and i might take japanese language courses when i get my own money, when i choose next school that will give money per a month if i get good grades and save the money for courses ) see ya guys.

Well, I come from families with really bad anxiety and stomach issues. I barely made it through 2nd grade, I tossed cookies every morning. Gross eh? Yeah that's pretty gross.

I think in this case, the guy is a priority since he's in a worse situation.
Then when he's removed the stress, medical problems don't arise, the rest falls in place and his gf isn't bored, everybudddaaaayyy wins!   But get the priorities right first.
(Because lol it's like a guy complaining about not getting enough cuddles
from a girl but the girl is constantly ill....the girl in this case would be the priority in receiving help!

But...I'm thinking....from what DMatrix typed, how is that stressful?
I'm guessing he's missing out details.   
(E.g. coming home late, parent guardian issues, money problems, it could be anything!)

Also, I don't recommend using supplements; I'm suspicious of them.
You can get vitamin D from a decent healthy balanced diet that includes vegetables and fruit.
UV light exposure causes the production of vitamin D in the body but it's not worth
the DNA damage which could lead to cancer.
I'm not 100% sure but I would personally avoid sunlight as much as reasonably possible....

But you're right.....14 years old.....Well it's not my business but personally I wouldn't think it's a good age
to date someone at that age. I'm thinking minimum 15 or 16 but that's just me.
At least seriously anyway. Though I guess it's a bit subjective.

It's not as simple as that ma boy.
It's what you eat, (no processed or GMO garbage!) it's your stress coping mechanism efficiency/reliability,
the type of exercise and how long, hydration levels, fibre for digestion, all sorts of other things.

Obviously it depends... just get it somehow
... i live in a place with very little sunlight, that's why it has one of the highest depression States in the US...
My sister got so sick (she eats super healthy) and her vitamin d levels were virtually nonexistant
Vitamin d not only helps your immune system, it controls your stress hormones.
If you were to take it,
I would suggest checking your levels first.
It's better to take suppliments than die

I only said that because if it was on the list, he made it seem like the girl was causing some anxiety, and that's never good..
People should be able to connect and have fun without being stressed out
I mean, i'd get it, like right now i have finals and stuff, and i'm super stressed,
But if he wanted to go grab a snack or hang out i would in a heartbeat...

take a short break from each other. (First idea is much better...)

And yeah, a lack of vitamin D tends to lead to depression in some cases.
