lolz guys I've seen him do this before, he says someone offers a high price in order to get people to offer more and entering a cycle where he ends up getting good Items, I would know because I have him on skype and would listen to him and shnitzel bad and or ultimate ninja plan this every time.

I dont see what angel archer did wrong? It is not a scam it is good meathod to use in the world of trading. It is a good way to get what you are looking for. It is not a scam at all. It is kinda of a trick, but it is the buys choice of wheather or not he will bid higher or lower than the price that the seller said he already got offered.
