It's 100% a scam but I had nothing to do with it lol.
I've never seen that sort of advert on this forum.
(Most likely because I log in rather than view posts as a guest.)
A LOT of adverts on forumotion hosted forums (seriously...it's like all of them...) are completely
idiotic, fake and deceiving adverts, please do not click any of them
and just log into the forum as usual.
Ignore all adverts. Full stop.
Now because I hate adverts as much as you people,
long ago, when I found out how, I disabled adverts for members.
Unfortunately, guests can still see adverts. (Another reason to sign up! LOL!

I've seen those disgusting adverts before....they're so pathetic.
There's no way to disable adverts for guests (there's no option for it in the settings) because adverts are how
forumotion pays for their servers, taking into consideration that
the forumotion service is free.
That is all!
I'd never rip anyone off....
Or would I.......?

EDIT: just realised, another reason I've never seen that sort of advert is probably because:
1. it's probably a new deceiving advert.
2. my FireFox browser blocks a lot of popups. (Sadly not all though....)
3. I'm nearly always logged in when I view Xtreme. :pirat:
(Guests can see adverts, while members, mods and admins cannot. Yay!
