Not sure they will do that from now on.

Last time he showed up, it was due to a glitch or a misstep on their part.

I think they used to but currently they've stopped updating
FusionFall so they can work more on other games on Cartoon Network. Neutral

So far, he's only appeared in 2009 and 2011. That time when he stayed all the way to 2012 doesn't count.
