so on saturday im setting my clock 1 hour ahead so i thinking i get an extra hour of sleep but no it is some how 1 hour back? so im argueing if i set the clock 1 hour forward and go to sleep like a reg day i get more sleep but no aparently im stupid and i get 1 hour of less sleep so im told but i dont get it... if you set the clock an hour ahead you get more sleep but they say time goes 1 hour early even though your setting the clock back... so i need help :mad: ROFL2

You're right.

The day moves forward an hour......but your body gets an hour less sleep.

Say for instance you go to sleep at 11:00pm and you have to wake up at 7:00 am.
During Daylights saving time at the time you are ORIGINALLY supposed to wake up at 7.....it will be 8 o' clock due to DST.

So you will THEN be forced to wake up at the NEW 7:00......Which would have been an hour ago.

So, In all honesty, Its your body that really loses out on that extra hour of sleep being that you have to wake up an hour earlier according to your Biological Clock

I think you'll have to blame the moon and gravity for all this. X will probably know more. I haven't done anything to do with astronomy in a LONG time... Rolling Eyes
