Tired of having the 1 or 2 and not always getting your favorite combined item? Well I found a trick that may work!

First, combine the style item with another same or 1 upper level item.

combine it.

It will be 3 or 4 number

Then grab the style combined item and the stats of your item

And wala! No "OOPS!" sign! (probably)

Try it out!

Combining two items of similar levels will increase your chance of item combination success.
I thought people knew that?

Anyway, thanks for trying to help those with item combining frustration.
I guess people who didn't know, would benefit from reading this.

This is what I THINK Drew is saying:

-Instead of combining high and low level item (thus decreasing the combination chance severely)
-Try combining two items of similar levels and repeat until you get close to the level of
the item you wanted to combine.

Either way, you'd still spend quite a few taros lol.

Cool, hey for folks who want to level up a very low level item, try combining it to a level zero item. Then you can combine it to a level 36 or whatever with a 100% chance of success.

the only way you cant combine something is if it says 0

Oh btw when you combine your stuff to level zero, and then go to combine your stuff to whatever high level you wanted it will tell you that you have a poor chance of success (1). Don't worry about it, a level zero item will always combine to a higher value.

Oh, and I think Holosuit is as well. I remember they specifically stated they made Clockwork level 0 so it would be a 100% combine success rate.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, clothes are the only things that come in level zero, pants shoes shirts. And I use ninja parts since they are at level 0 and easy to get.
