I don't know, he doesn't seem evil enough to deserve banning if you ask me. He just seems young and confused.  But whatever, I'm not a mod or an admin, just a turtle wearing sports gear. 

A 2 day ban suspension should do just fine imo.

It's not that he is a bad person, but seriously there are rules and guidelines that need to be followed. And this is in every forum or community you're a part of.

Being random and pretentious it's plain annoying.

Well, XLR8 doesn't seem to want to input rules, but here are examples of courtesy we practice in the forum for the benefit of others:

Double posting : Although not a rule, it is annoying to watch a post by the same person when they could have simply edited the previews one. Double posts are only good when you're trying to catch the attention of others with unread thread alerts. AKA Bumps

Quoting : When you quote what someone else has already posted, and simply do not post at all. We obviously saw the previews post, what difference does it make that you re-post it? Quoting long posts for a short simple response, or even an even longer. Just makes it draggy having to scroll down the page, specially if on the phone.

Threads/Spamming : Useless threads, like an lol after an interesting topic name  
Posting ha in a serious thread, just spamming in general.

Flamming, name calling, general disrespect of other members that may lead to personal offense or may escalate to harassment. It is just not tolerable and we try to stray from it.

This are just a few that come off the top of my head, and I've only been here for a few weeks, if even that. Those of you who have been here longer should know this, and may even provide better examples.

Well the only time, I saw someone get banned was sky fallen and spam bots and people who just come here to hate posts lol.

The thing is Doc, we dont really try to emphasize on the rules here because no one TRULY violates it alot/chronically.
All we usually have to do is to say "We want all new members to feel at ease here so we dont emphasize on just but a few rules:
Try not to double post often, dont talk bad about others, and if you choose to bump an old topic.....make sure you add something new to the thread and dont just bump it just because.

And if you ever have a problem, let a moderator or the Admin know."


Other than the skyfallen issue, a few bots, and this new guy.............we've never really had a problem.

We do have rules/guidelines but because moderation
also requires human intervention, it's not always quite as simple as
"WHAT YOU DOUBLE POSTED for no reason...BAN for 3 days BUDDY."
because like in this case, dragonboy is a new member.
A young member, lost and confused. (And immature, not in the "IMA BULLY THIS GUY" sense but in
the "I'LL USE CAPS OH MY GAWD POST POST POST" sense.  )

He probably shouldn't be allowed onto most forums since he's not even 13 but
we know age shouldn't always stop people doing stuff like that.
Some members have been slightly younger than 13 and they have behaved adequately while
others have well...behaved MOST of the time.
Dragonboy is simply too immature and isn't listening!
He just keeps moving from thread to thread!
We are here to help but he hasn't posted in a while and really, why bother in that case. :/
He should go to the official CartoonNetwork FusionFall forum instead where it's better moderated,
where there are probably more members of his age, etc.
He's kind of a lost cause if he keeps moving from thread to thread, not listening
to advice or maybe not able to understand such advice.
Sure, a new forum must be a little confusing at first but really?
How confused HE is, is a bit shocking. I knew my way around a message board when I was 12.
But I guess he is 11 and some lack maturity more than others.

Kinda like an immature guy with a gun shooting stuff without taking instructions.
He just can't wait. He's probably really bored from the ID in use error glitch.

If we had strict rules over here we might as well become FmHQ2. And even if he was a troll or something would he post his id and stuff?
