- Greatest mind in 5 galaxies.
- Expected to live another 3,000 years.

Octus:



- "Mind" of Titan.
- Created by the King of Galaluna.
- Bears some resemblance to the leader of G3. Well, his arm does at least.

Caesar Salazar:



- Rex Salazar's older brother.
- Helped with the Nano Project.
- Creator of Alpha.

I would say Tony Stark since he is capable of inventing a billionaire and also more mature and not a built intelligence model (aka a robot) plus he fights evil Dexter and Octus do to but they dont got da pulsar rays.

I was gonna say the same thing.. tony stark dude... hes iron man no bias in this but he could kill dexter and make some kind of robot or idk to kill octus... hulk couldnt defeat iron man mostly because his suit is made of whatever u call it. not destructable easy

Then again I have not seen much of Azmuth but he made a machine that can copy and clone DNA I personally dont like his attitude so im stuck between Stark and Azmuth. He is a different species so how his mind works is a mystery and to say that he is advanced then humans is questionable because each mind is completely different in each species not to mension conciseness there are many variables to factor into this...

I'm not sure about killing Octus... So far, the only thing to kill him was a phenomenon that absorbed energy, permanently shutting down anything it touches. Leaving the leader of G3 to be the only one to revive him.

Instead I backspaced it all and replaced it with this:

Tony or Dexter. I....AM....BIASED MAN.
(Don't know the other characters very well.)
Would be funny if Dexter and Tony were in the same universe and met.
Could you imagine the dialogue?    
Also, Peter Parker, (Spider-Man) Bruce Banner (Hulk) and Richard Reeds (Mr Fantastic) are geniuses too. 

@X: Problem with that is... Peter Parker's dead. Well, his soul is anyway. I didn't know Banner was a genius (I didn't pay attention to The Hulk last time it was on), and I forgot about Richards.

I guess Bruce Wayne is also a genius.
Not sure to what extent though.

I always thought of Lucius Fox to be the genius, after all, he in a way made the Batsuit, the Batmobile etc.

I suppose Bruce is a genius in the way that he's an unofficial detective. Since I wasn't sure, I didn't put any of the two in.
