| Drink some orange juice if you have any. (Vitamin C apparently helps with colds. And fluids in general to 'flush out' toxins and pathogens or something like that...not sure how THAT actually works... ) Also, maybe hot tea would help too. (Heard honey is good with it but I don't know...) Help your immune system and cover up. (Stay warm.) Get well soon! |
