I'm not a big fan of waffles. I had some last summer while I was staying with my brother, and to me, they tasted better with ice cream. But that's just me. I LOVE ice cream!

I meant STARCH!!!!!! NOT saturated fat.

I mean, as far as I know, the only bad thing I've come across about starch is the high caloric
density so can make you fat easier. I think saturated fat is probably far worse since
it increases your low density lipoprotein level, increasing blood cholesterol level and therefore increasing the risk of an atheroma (fatty deposit and scar tissue in an artery) forming as well as thrombosis (blood clotting) and athersclerosis, (narrowing and hardening of an artery)
and potentially leading to coronary heart disease!
Or stroke. Or the blockage of another artery, maybe causing angina. (Chest pain due to oxygen starved tissue working anaerobically/most likely dying....)

I haven't had waffles since 2011... :moon: That was the first time I had them. They weren't delicious, but I still liked them.
