473 members... That's a lot of fusionfall fans. Maybe if we find a way to spread the word to other fans and sites like this, we could make this project work.  

I have never heard of a a closed down game "re-opening" unless its a re-make. This seems pretty interesting though, hope all goes good. So I guess the "fan-made" game is now not even in thought anymore?
1,000 people wont make CN open there eyes. Maybe not even 10,000. 100,000 oh yeah def.
I hope they re-make the game. I know they are NOT going to Re-Open highly unlikely.

It's a new feature that Change.org came up with but I advise against doing it; at least for right now. This petition, as you said, is in fact NOT the core of the plan.

I wish there was an option to turn it off.

  Ok, so it's alright. I can't help but say that whenever something's been redecorated or remade. In fact, the fact it sounds like something off Spyro 2 makes it a little better. That's one of my favourite games. I think I might have something to cheer you up.

In my opinion i know how hard it is to remix tracks, and it sounds excellent so props to you. The whole GUI is clear cut and nostalgic. It almost felt like i was about to play fusionfall again. You definitely brought something to the community jake.

Oh, I do. Although I keep getting lost in the admin panel. So, Jake, all I can think of is a banner on the News bit on the forum's home-page. Not sure if it would be clickable...

what did you have in mind?
Some kind of demonstration of the FF community's work and dedication to
the game?
E.g. a video that introduces CN to FMHQ, XFF, Green Maw, FF HnT, etc.
Even if CN officials occasionally took a peek at our fan sites,
they would be missing out on over 99% of the sites' content and that includes the good stuff
like art and deeper discussions as opposed to the slightly less rare random topics
we've all had to resort to due to FF's closure.
Though XFF have had some comics in the works and FMHQ
has a minecraft fan server version of FF.
But there's plenty of other treasures on our sites.
Not to forget Oliver's site and Green Maw, etc.

And then there's not only convincing CN but also
trying to increase the interest in the game.
I've never seen an FF advert except on YouTube and on
the Unity game RC Lazer Warrior, before it loads.
Apart from that and checking the CN site, I would never
have heard of FusionFall. This may be because I'm in Britain
and CN over here don't talk about FF (last time I checked...) but even in North America,
it doesn't seem FF is all that famous.
Advertisement can't cost that much on their own channel can it?    
(Can anyone confirm how often they actually showed FF adverts in the
US version of the official CN channel?)

But there is a problem.
Although some people can buy into the whole
'ZOMG! CartoonNetwork CHARACTERZZZ IN AN MMO!!!'
thing, (which is all well and good but) there are impatient people that just don't get the beauty of FF
in one viewing.

Most of us didn't stick around FF purely because of the gameplay/mechanics/graphics.
I think another thing that we can do is perhaps
(pointing at Undelos, you're pretty good at this sort of stuff...)
make a video showing exactly what was good and bad about the game,
compare it to FF Heroes, etc. And I mean in detail. Like what Undelos did in a thread once.

Of course, CN isn't telling us exactly why they closed FF down, apart from that
goodbye message on FF in the last few minutes of the game's lifetime,
saying something about the product's shelf life running out or something...
Perhaps just not enough people were playing to even support maintenance through
advertisement revenue. I dunno.

The ultimate near flawless way to get FusionFall back is not to
convince CN, but to convince enough people to try the game out....
OH WAIT. 
Well....showing people some old FF footage from regular,
non-alternating angles isn't going to show them how awesome
the game was, it doesn't show the nostalgia to be experienced, the friends to be made
and the fun to be had. It just isn't the same. Especially in game play where players
zoom all the way out, making it look deceptively like a generic point and click game.

However, open-minded people will think "Whoa! That looks awesome!"
but there are people that aren't easily impressed and need to actively
play without prejudice. (Already a problem with trying to increase popularity,
is that FF appears childish despite being a game that's perfectly compatible with
older players, it's a fantastic game! Interesting at the very least.)

Hey, since I'm doing those character profiles for fun (And for practice), I thought maybe we could put them to good use. Like an actual RPG? Obviously we'd need more than just my characters. Like Josie Gloryangel, some of Grump's OCs, etc.

Anyways, I had a funny idea for a parody game. All the characters from FF had the first letter of their names changed.

Like Wojo Jojo (if you didn't know that's a parody of Mojo jojo).

It's funny because it's stupid...

I had an idea once to make a little pixelated game based around the Xtreme FusionFall forums.

Example: You could play as members on the forum! Each had different abilities! (similar to a game called Realm of the Mad God ( go check it out, it's a great game)
