Mods,Tech supports, and Adminsrtators Vote for me to become a mod
I know i'm Stubborn and i need a lot of training but i'm willing to do anything to become a mod

Not to be mean or anything, but you're really not fit for one and you probably will maybe in 2 or 3 years but by then you may not be here
besides I am sure someone like grumps would come first if XLR was lookin for a mod xD and many others

You can't be a mod just like that there are others who wanted to be a mod like nero you're obviously not cut up to be one because of your behavior such as swearing your knowledge about this forum im sure isn't that big .People like Grumpy who have been here for a long time has what it takes to become a mod .It just seems that you want to be a mod to gain respect.(You have to earn respect not take it by force)

You don't simply accept to a training program to become a MOD.
This is how the process usually works:

9001) You get regular training after becoming a MOD just to strengthen MOD skills.
1) Long term, relatively active member. (once a week at least perhaps...?)
2) Respected, fun, kind, responsible (to the max. Or somewhere near...)
and preferably a friend. (For trust reasons.)
3) Long term spotless (or at least fairly clear)
record of behaviour, post style and rule obligation and obedience.
4) Monitored (as with everyone) for at least a significant amount of time
and knows the forum very well.
5) Has done outstanding feats of kindness, humour, morality and responsibility.
6) 99.9%+ probability of not abusing MOD powers.

7) This is a special philosophically sounding (but actually psychological) one:
Like in Harry Potter (1st film)
"Only a person who wanted to find the Stone - find it, but not use it -

Mod Translation: Only a person who wanted to become a MOD - must find good reasons for becoming one and reasons to be
accepted, but not intend on becoming one yet -
would be able to eventually become one. That is one of my more outlandish brilliant ideas. And

Seriously. Being a MOD isn't fun. NO WAY.
