Well here is the problem your crazy... I don't know how many redbulls or monsters you have tackled to stay awake for so long but you should have absolutely nothing to worry about unless you did do something wrong and know that people are coming after you. So I don't know what you have done to be so paranoid if nothing then just hit the snooze button or ask for help from someone. On a side note you may have a medical condition not allowing you to sleep. I can't usually sleep till 11:00pm-12:00am I always end up staring at my ceiling and thinking about the future and how the day went. Seek help if you continue to have problems or talk to someone about these issues besides the internet or consult a medicine man. Good night dot and happy holidays.

Well okay that I understand some people can not sleep if there is any amount of noise. I am the type of person that can sleep with a little noise. So try to find somewhere quiet and try to fall asleep by not thinking about anything at all but breathing and try deep breathing might as well. Take note that was just advice if this does not work then I am sorry as I do not think I have insomnia. If you can get a prescription and if your parents are okay with it then as a last resort doctors usually advise taking sleep medication to help with this condition. If you do not think you should listen to me then do not I could be wrong its a possibility.

listening to the ocean might help too.

Anyway, first get to the root of the problem.
Are you experiencing anxiety?
From what? Exams? Relationship/friend problems?
Social anxiety? Regret of some sort? Embarrassment?
Ask yourself what's the worst realistic thing that could happen
in that situation and just say to yourself....so what?

I don't have that much information to help well but I hope that helps.
In the meantime, get some sleep!
(Trick yourself by changing the time a few hours earlier or something.)

ok there are so many things wrong with everything you just did.

1. Why would your brother bother with this place.
2.Why would your brother suddenly know how everything works, how everyone behaves and how did know the rules.
3.What kind of joke involves asking strangers about a health condition.

The only real reason I can think of is that after seeing that everyone's telling you to get actual help and not ask for it here like a dumb kid, you felt bad and decided to fake this situation.

4.Why would your brother have enough time to post this , practically more than 10 hour post and having you not notice it sooner.

5.Jokes are suppose to be funny and actually have some sort of pun or something that makes it funny, the only funny thing I saw was a guy asking a forum for life help, why is it funny? Because you really wanted health advice.

So no, I don't believe your brother got into your account magically, especially after you told us you were glad you were born an only child.

I havent slept for the pass almost 2 days ( I didnt sleep even though I should have to go to ps4 camp out. )
but then I went home set everything up then went to sleep and to my surprise I woke up at 6 am and I went to sleep at like 3 o clock pm lol
