why would you want to learn spanish or japanese there arent many people like that in russia... id go for english much easier

And anyway...it's like saying
there's no point learning Spanish because there aren't many Spanish
people here in the UK (there probably is but no where near compared to English people)
but you can still get a good paying translation job or if you travel a lot or whatever.

Actually...I don't know much of a reason to learn another language.
Probably why I only know English.
