Not really a "random" drawing, but ya know. I just had this sudden urge to draw Link. That, and since Wind Waker (Which I've never played) is being remade for Wii U.

This took about an hour and 15 minutes to finish! Most of that time was trying to get the shield right.

Thanks guys! And I dunno. I've never used a Wii U Game Pad, so I wouldn't really know how it feels, but I'm guessing it's like the Gamecube controller. And an iPad.

You can also use the Wii Remote instead of the GP. But I don't know whether that can be used for all (Obviously excluding the Virtual Console games.) or certain games.

Guess we'll have to wait and see. It doesn't look like Nintendo's released a trailer yet (Unless it's in one of their Nintendo Direct videos, but I can't be bothered to look), but they have showed a few pictures and I actually like the shading! The graphics are pretty much enhanced, too. While still keeping to the original Wind Waker feel.

I hope the next Zelda game (That isn't a remake) will be something like "The Legend of Groose". C'mon! Tingle's got 4 games of his own, so it's only fair that the Zelda version of Biff from Back to the Future gets at least one.

Lol that would be a fun one wouldn't it . Well we will just have to wait and see like you said but the game controller is huge I don't know why they wanted Pikmin 3 on it....

Yeah, having this guy get his own game...:



They wanted Pikmin 3 on it because:

- Technical and/or graphical errors on the Wii, DS and 3DS
- Graphics look amazing...!
- You can use the Game Pad as the map, so you can just look down to find where each of your 4 captains are instead of pausing the game. Saves a bit of time, ya know.

I also love how Pokos look exactly like the coins in the Mario games. Still not sure about the story of the game, though. I mean, in Pikmin, you had to retrieve ship parts. In Pikmin 2, you had to retrieve junk in order to pay off Hocotate Freight's debt. In Pikmin 3, you have to retrieve fruit.

Why fruit? Is Hocotate facing world hunger or something? Eh, guess we'll find out sooner or later. Now if only I can find where I put my GC memory card... I just want to make sure I didn't delete my save file on Pikmin 2. Despite the fact I loved playing it, I REALLY don't wanna have to go through... that dungeon again.

Ugh... tell me about it. I didn't get any nightmares cause I seem to be controlling my dreams now. Slightly. But the Water wraith is a je.rk! One time, on the last floor, I accidently triggered his appearance early, and the gate was down. I was getting my Pikmin ready, thinking the gap was too narrow for him to go through. I. Was. Wrong!

Luckily, he only ever appears (Except on the floor where you fight him) 5 minutes after you enter each floor. Still not enough time. So what I do is leave one captain by the exit with some Pikmin to open it, while the other captain and Pikmin gets the treasure. And when... he... comes, switch to the captain next to the exit and escape!

That guy can insta-kill your Pikmin, and his only weakness is the thud the Purple Pikmin make when they land. And, of course, even if you hack the game to let any colour of Pikmin breathe underwater, the game prevents you from letting you enter with any colour apart from blue. And you get Purple Pikmin on the final floor. :sigh:

What's worse is that firetrucker can appear on the FIRST FLOOR! It's also scary to think that THAT THING is wandering around the dungeon, making those noises, even when you're not in there. I know it's a video game, so he wouldn't actually be around due to him nor the dungeon being loaded then, it's still kinda frightening. Troll level: Miyamoto.

But if there's one thing I like about the Submerged Castle is the music. It's actually a remix of the Cave of the Past (Past) from Mother and Earthbound.
