In my opinion i think it's pretty easy to get scammed either way...
(Gunna need a lot of trust to trade accs...)

Talking officially, trading accounts in any way, shape, or form, or even giving out login information is against the Code of Conduct. There are thousands of players that basically should be banned, simply for doing this.

However, seeing as how this rule is virtually never enforced, as stated above, you have to risk your information. There is no safe way to trade accounts. I advise highly against it.
