I really don't think so sorry. Not only is FF not active with its updates, but allowing young players to play around with a dev console, as well as the fact there's no need since FF is a multiplayer game and doesn't have a campaign. I don't think they'd do it.
In games like cod4 and halo1, the console can be used to remove the gui, freeze time, change other physics, load maps, change graphics settings, etc.
There's also the risk of cheating if utilised in a multiplayer game.
Also, FusionFall is not currently a client game, just a browser plugin game.
