i have, it happens when either if you exited the game for something other than using the exit game option and the game thinks your still logged in, (like a unity crash) it can also happen if you've been hacked, one way to deal with it is to stay logged off of your CN account for a while, and to be on the safe side, change your password, because if the hacker wasn't smart enough to do that, then if that person tries to get in again, they won't be able to, changing your password also works in a different way as i think it resets certain game logins, so change your pass and stay off for a little while, that fixes it, most of the time, because you need to wait for the game itself to log you out, it varies from computer to computer |

| That glitch been happening since 2010. :O for me.. but when i just left my ff character and was going to my another, it worked fine, then when i played with my another acc,and i been going on my main acc, and check if it's not hacked, and it worked.. |

| That glitch happened to me as well. I have to be honest, i don't know how to change the info.  But i just wait for a couple hours then it's business as usual. |
