I just had an idea why not make a movie called:
FusionFall: XLR8 147 Origins
lol like xmen.

this movie will explain why XLR8 has a blindfold....and explain some other stuff about other characters
it will be such an epic film!!

Bella and X are in high school, X has no blindfold. (SHOCKING I KNOW )
X: Hey Bella!
Bella: oh hai!
X: I was wonderin if you would like ....uh a drink?
Bella: Oh, no thanks but I was wondering would you like to...um...
take me to.... -pauses a little as she stares at X's eyes-
...the....the..principle's office...yeah I forgot I had to tell him something but I'm scared...
X: Uh...sure.. ....what I really wanted to ask was...
Would you do me the honor of going to the prom....

-Fusions line up around the school and attack!-
X: -Interupted, he puts his head down-
"Bella we need to get inside, now!"
-X and Bella run inside along with the other students-
-The school crumbles with the ammunition fired at it-
-everyone is evacuated out of the school but X is the last and he trips on something-
-A SACT van arrives in time before the fusions get to X-
-He quickly manages to get inside the van-
-X is lying on the floor of the van, he looks up and sees SACT agents around him-
X: "Thanks, what are those things"
Female SACT agent: "Nevermind that, what's important is your safe."
Male SACT agent: "Buddy, you've been selected to fight these things"
X: "Why me?"
Another Male SACT agent: -Injects something into X's left arm-
X: -Falls drowsily to sleep-

I don't know how to continue it from here but it's pretty good so far don't you think guys/girls?

Yeah brilliant atmosphere.
It reminds me of a Smallville / Teenage Ben 10 kind of story and atmosphere.

I have an idea how you can introduce why I have a blindfold...
since I'm a "Military Experiment" according to my youtube page and Player's Page Profile...
this may be a good idea:

-In a Military SACT Hospital / Experiment Centre, X is being transported through a hallway-
X: -Slowly waking up from the anesthetic, he has a white piece of cloth around his eyes-
SACT Doctor: -Gets a call telling him..."you forgot the last component, Doc."-
-He leaves X alone and goes to get this mysterious last component-
X: -Slowly waking up with blurry vision, looks at the ceiling lights, looks at both sides of his hands, as his vision corrects, he turns over and falls off the hospital patient tray thing-
-Gets up and notices he can see through the white cloth as if only thin air was infront of his eyes-
-Notices two figures in the hallway coming back, he quickly gets out of the building, towards a fire exit
he walks/runs through a neighborhood and finds Bella is calling on his mobile phone. (for some reason they didn't confiscate this?? )
He also finds there have been 5 missed calls from Bella-
-He picks up- "Bella?!"
Bella: "X! ARE YOU OK??!"
X: "Fine. How long has it been since the fusions attacked our school?"
Bella: "A few hours"
X:
Bella: "Come over and tell me everything."
X: -In Bella's home-
Bella: "OMG, X, what did they do to you?!"
X: "I think they experimented on me or something."
Bella: "Why are you wearing a blindfold, you can't see anything"
X: "I can see through this cloth perfectly...

LOL!!!!

Bella: "Does that mean you can see through clothes?"
X: "Luckily no..."
"seems to only be really close fabrics"
Bella: "What's the point of that!!...Uh...I mean... ..."

With the whole 'XLR8 is missing the final component' thing...
this can give us an opportunity to introduce a villain that has a similar type of surgery done to him but with the final component which
in theory would make him more superior to XLR8 147.
This is quite similar to the story in the movie: 'Xmen Origins: Wolverine' but with Wolverine and Deadpool.
Maybe we should also introduce a brother type character? (Like sabertooth)

This REALLY does sound like Smallville.

I think maybe we can either mix these ideas into one or probably better....
have separate series....like alternative realities.

I don't think we can make this epic-ness into a movie, if we could do even some light animating then maybe we could pull it off in short shots and sequences.
Also, me coming from a dark world would explain why XLR8 147's hair is grey/white/blond ...due to the lack of vitamins you receive from sunlight which would darken your hair colour.
