It's Yellow Ace (not green ace) and I think they are called Beta or Prototype Shirt, Pants, and Shoes that are also available.

ray's only 12 so don't take his "wise" advise, and yeh you can make that hack come true if you learn more about hacking, heck that hack was made by someone and not to mention all the hacks made possible in other games , even the action replay that modifies your pokemon game. Just cuz no one was able to modify that character hack so far doesn't mean it's impossible, ray's statement, Invalid
