Yeah, I was just doing some missions as the Prof. when suddenly Cootie came along and attacked me. I drove away from her and I looked back only to see this:

SERIOUSLY. I was in a group with someone just outside of Camp Kidney heading in WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THAT THING COMES OUT OF NOWHERE.......SCARES THE ## OUT OF ME............AND THEN PROCEDES TO OWN ME!!

AND I WAS LEVEL 14 AT THE TIME!!!!


I have never seen that thing before in all the hours I spent in game until that fateful day.

I havent been so owned and humiliated in such a long time while playing fusionfall I.......

It's a Fusion Blowfish. They first appeared during the Thanksgiving event of 2009. In the Future, only one existed, Hootie. She lived in a Fusion Lair (With a GIANT portal) in Peach Creek Estates.

In the Past, they wandered around the world. Like the Fusions in the game's early stages of development (There's a trailer with Professor Plutonium being fought outside the gates to the graveyard). The team just never bothered to take them out of the game.

There's 4, if I remember correctly. Cootie in Bravo Beach, another in Camp Kidney, another in the Monkey Foothills and another in Nowhere.

They are pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to kill alone. I know, I've tried fighting the one in Monkey Foothills at Lvl 36 and still failed. Many times.

Me (as the Prof.) and Owen fought Cootie earlier and succeeded. Well, I killed her. When she was almost down, she used an Eruption Attack on Owen. He dodged every one except that one. She was about to do the same to me when I fired the last shot.

We didn't get anything good this time. Just a S.H.A.V.E.R.A.M.A. But they can drop some Blowfish Backpacks, among other cool items.
