We need some kind of community spot for extreme,
like a central place where this forum goes and hang out and plan stuff or just talk / have fun

I remember I once was at the top of the gazebo. How? On the last day of the Birthday Bash, I went to the top of the cake and left my character there.

Next day, birthday cake gone, me on gazebo.

Sunken mall seems like a good place the level isn't too low or too high and Mt. Blackhead is mostly full of people with greed and only caring about fame so Blackhead is a bad place.
