I'm personally into rock (soft, medium, hard, metal, pop/rock and alternative) as well as some techno and some drum and bass. (Mostly Pendulum DnB.) I also like dramatic/sad/powerful movie soundtracks. (E.g. Inception, Amazing Spider-Man, etc.) Not really into dubstep but Solomon's theme (BattleField 3) original and dubstep versions are pretty good. I tend to like music that can help me imagine cool action scenes or sad/powerful movie scenes. And rock just has to be my favourite genre! @Ray/Samurai Deadlycomet, I like Breaking Benjamin too as well as Linkin Park, Paramore, (used to dislike them but gave them a chance and boom!) Celldweller, Three Days Grace, Dead By April, 12 Stones, There For Tomorrow, NickelBack... I've missed probably dozens of other awesome bands but you probably can work out the kinda stuff I like.
