hi, my name is slam and i have 3 slams one of them is slam the venom and its a clockwork acc BUT SOMEONE KEEP HACKING IT I CHANGED EVERYTHING PASS AND MAIL AND I TRIED MANY PPL TO HELP ME LIKE DANE NIKKIIRON AND JAKE PRIM but they failed so idk what to do i need help !! before its taken from me for ever

Change it to something they wont know of?

Like they must be knowing what to expect if they keep doing it and please dont swear.

Wait, I'm not understanding what you wrote.
You changed your password and email, or the hacker changed it?
If you changed it, then all is well.
If the hacker changed it, there's not much you can do except looking through
your email for FusionFall emails and maybe seeing if there are some kind of
confirmation links or something. (It could trigger a glitch to get the account in your possession.)
Unlikely but worth a try.
In future, remember not to give anyone your password.
(Or if you didn't tell anyone and the hacker just guessed your password, you need to start using more
difficult to guess passwords.)

1. Did you buy that account? like exchange buy sell account?

2. who used to own it?

3. If you where doing some kind of deal with the account then thats what happened the owner must of stayed on the account and then changed pass.

i got the acc for free from dane nikkiiron , then dane logged out from it and he shoes my on skype by sharing screens so i changed pass and email, then i got hacked. everytime i change pass and mail he changes it after i do and he deletes my chars or take items or stuff like that i tried everything possible and idk what to do to get full control. so plz any one help me !!

dude didnt u read i changed the email many times and he kept enetring the acc and changing the pass and email that i made and it keep going like that, so i need to know how to get full control of it

Maybe the original account owner used the parent email option
to gain access.

So you've completely lost access to the account?
Have you tried using the 'I forgot my password' link?

If you make your own, new account, does it get hacked by him?
If so, you've got a bigger problem on your hands.

If your problem only is that he gave you his account but took it back and now
you want access to it again, I'm not sure how that's possible.

Maybe long ago, FusionFall allowed parents to change their child's account
password?

I just now made an account with a parent's email and a normal email and found that
the parent email could only disable communications (freechat/typing chat but not selectable chat)
and could not be able to use the 'I forgot my password' link but the normal email account
associated with the account can.

Do you have the email address that is associated with that account?
Before agreeing to take his account, you should have asked for the
username, password AND email address associated with the account so you can
change the password and lock him permanently out.

If not, I suggest not bothering with the account, even if you gain access,
he can just get access AGAIN (according to what you wrote)
and then steal items you worked hard for or whatever.

Hm try making a brand new email and use that one unless the hacker has taken control of your email?

you dont get me i want the same acc not to make another one and i made many emails he just have the ability to get in the acc he dont know my email ijust want a way to make the acc mine and just mine

there is almost no way you can get it back its you're fault over all for trusting him and if you ask fusion fall they will ask for proof, and if you tell them the truth they wont help because you broke ToS..

Before CN changed the layout, the FusionFall webpage used to have a way to change your accounts email as well as a way to turn on your chat function manually.

It was in the Parental Controls but its gone now.

Options:

Change your CN Account Password and Email.

You know your account with the character picture and the dumb name? I think this is where the new settings are. Change your email here + your password and your FusionFall account should follow suit.

i said many times that i changed the pass and email like 100 times idk what to do wthats why i made this topicto ask any one if he knows how to make a protection for it and take full control of it
