actually it is from the collest otems on fusionfall but hackers only knows how to ue it, it can level you up one level by a secret way and i think by cheat engine

Its for vehicles. Heres how it works, (and like Target said you must have Cheat Engine Active) you know how you power up your nanos with gumballs? its like that with vehicles. You open your inventory, then move a gas tank on your vehicle. Then your vehicle goes faster for a short amount of time.
