Ghostly Armed Crusader Chapter 1
Ghosts, this is what we become when we die. Those of us who have unfinished buisness in the living world remain withus, unseen by human eyes. Animals can see these phantoms and feel their wills. As a ghost you your body will become one of three things.
A Spawn Phantom, these are normal weak humans who were unable to keep their human appearance, just the shape. Giving them a purple ectoplasmic appearance, these ghosts cause breezes and a sudden change of temperature.
A Human Vessel Ghost, these ghosts can rarely interfere with the living, lifting things, pushing, moveing people, all kinds of things, they remain invisible.
Demoran Ghost, these are destructive , monstrous beasts, visible to humans. They began as spawns who grew from prolonged stay in the living world, full of blood lust and dark powers.
And so the tale of a young man begins, as he sits next to his fiance, on her death bed.
"Look, everything is going to be fine, I promise you, I'll never let anyone harm our little girl. I'll go find out where your parents are seeing as how they took her on their world traveling vacation without telling us. I love you Alora." said the young man, age 22, his hieght was average, black hair with a pony tail on the side of his head. She smiled and nodded as she slowly closed her eyes, the tears flowing down both of their cheeks. This man didn't know it yet, but his life would change into a journey.
A black void, nothing but darkness everywhere, the young man stood there in the black void. Emotionless. A voice suddenly appears
"Don't worry, your journey begins here. You have been chosen as the sacred warrior. You will have a power like no other. All you have to do, is drink the potion of a thousand souls. You must head home for now, but an old witch will arrive, giving you the potion."
"Wha-a- who are you?" asked the young man.
"Don't worry, you can call me, your friend. Now go Seth Tobias, and save the souls of all those who walk among the living"
As Seth awakens in his room, only to find that his fiance did pass away, and now he had to go tell her parents and his daughter. "Why didn't you stay...you know...I always wanted to see you as an old woman by my side... and our daughter would have wanted to learn so much from you." He said in a soft tone.
*Knock Knock*
Seth opens the door slowly, a witch stands before him in a robe, She hands him a bottle and walks away. As he reached for her her body fades into dust.
"The potion of a thousand souls huh, fine. I don't have much to live for, if this thing kills me I wouldn't mind" he moaned as he leaves the bottle empty.
The world around him began spiraling, morphing, it all seemed like a vision, cracks appeared everywhere as it shatters into nothing but pitch black.
"Sleeping on the floor Seth, you look so cute when you sleep though" said Alora.
Seth yells and gets up. They stare at eachother for a while but then he throws his arms around her, only to phase through her and fall down. "Wha...wha. what the heck?" asked Seth.
"I don't know, but I'm not sick anymore.." she answers shyly.
"You died Alora, I'm halucinating aren't I." He says.
"I don't know, I feel like I'm really here..." she replies.
The witch appears behind them
"Yes. The potion has worked, you are not the connection from our world, to the world of the dead." She announced "Not only can you see these ghosts, but you can purify their souls and allow them to reincarnate. As live does go on this way, you are like a Ghost Reaper, though instead of killing them, you revive them."
"This is a little too wierd..." he mutters.
"Look child , You have powers now, you can grab souls that walk around freely, turning them into any weapon you can imagine, and from there you can either keep the soul permanently to call upon its power whenever you want, or purify it, causing a rebirth elsewhere." The witch replies." Choose a vessel for the ghosts to rezide in, like that pretty necklace, just place your hand on it, and yell "Vessel Du Comprio" this will turn the necklace into a personal mansion for the ghosts."
Seth looks over at the ghost of his beloved Alora. "If I capture you, you'd be able to stay with me, forever.."he said
"I'll do it, I want to be with you, no matter what." she says as she reaches her hand out,
As he grabs her hand. A bright light forms, the beautiful Alora becomes a giant black and purple sword with a red gem. One of his eyes became red, as he got into a swordsman stance.
"That red eye, it belongs to the ghost, now you share the body, this happens because of the fact that she is a Human Vessel Ghost. Spawn ghosts are mindless, but can still become useful weapons in a battle, You can call yourself a Pandora Crusader. Though most people decide to call themselves Ghostly Armed Crusaders. Oh right, you'll be facing others with the same abilities as you, though most of them altered in their own way." The witch says "Also it appears you will now recieve a Crusader Name"
Fire began to form around him. Spelling out the words
"Pandoran Griffon".
