so first, my zoe character bugs out on me and she isnt and hasnt been working for a while now. just a few minutes ago, my new/old character bugged out on me and isnt working. does someone seriously know how to fix this??? cause its starting to get on my nerves.

zoe 1 recommendation, get a new computer not, just wait a while, perhaps it will fix itself, if that doesn't work, attempt to calm yourself with some music

Try a different Browser. I started off using Chrome when I first got my computer but after a while, it started messing up when I played FusionFall.
I switched to FireFox and it's been working fine since.
