Bloo-
Bloo is located at City Point, acting as he does in the real FusionFall.
Wilt-
Wilt is located in the Cul-de-sac, acting as he does normally.
Eduardo-
Eduardo resides outside Foster's Home, worried to leave. He acts the same as he does in the real FusionFall.
Coco-
Coco is near Mac at in the KND base in Mount Blackhead. She acts as she does in FusionFall.

Courage the Cowardly Dog

NPC's:
Courage-
Courage resides outside his house in Nowhere, trying to protect the house for when the invasion ends. Does what he'd normally do in FusionFall.
Muriel-
Muriel stands with Grim at Orchid Bay's docks. She is under the protection of Grim, as per Juniper's orders. She hands out missions relating to various foods and sends you out to give them to their recipients. Dexter and Ben agree that she helps out a lot more than she thinks.
Eustace-
Eustace was sent by Kevin to stay with Dexter for protection, but this made Dexter extremely annoyed. He is situated between Mandark Industries and Dexlabs, as he was banished from Dexlabs by Dexter. He usually sends you on missions getting revenge on Courage and Dexter.
Katz-
Katz is in City Station, sitting on the roof of the main tower. He hands out missions which will benefit him personally, commercially or otherwise. He takes a deep interest in nanos. He is suspected by many to work with Fuse.
Fred-
Fred is in Endsville, far away from the other NPC's. He wants to stay alone, as it stop him from being naughty. He gives you missions relating to strange beings, most of them being from the Courage the Cowardly Dog Show.

Nanos:

Same as in Fusion Fall.
Muriel-
Level: 16
Muriel's apron is stolen, and Grim sends you on a mission to retrieve it. You lead the apron's trace to the Power Plant infected zone. After defeating Fusion Eustace, you get her Nano.

Eustace-
Level: 20
Dexter is extremely annoyed that Eustace is stealing his inventions, and sends the player to stop him. The player ends up tracking him to Area 5.1, and defeating Fusion Eustace: the real culprit.
Freedom - Self Damage - Point Treasure
King Ramses-
Tutorial
Fred sends you on a series of missions relating to strange objects found in Eternal Meadows, which eventually lead the player to a Fusion Fred. When you defeat him, the fusion disappears, leaving a slab behind.

Total Drama

NPC's:
Chris McLean-
Chris is a minor mission giver that's not so trusted by most of the other Cartoon Network characters. His missions will almost always end badly, sending you into much heavier areas or doing dangerous tasks, but for great reward. He resides in the Chrisiseum area of the island, outside the infected zone.
Chef Hatchet-
He gives one or two missions total, but is a part of most of Chris' missions. When obtaining his nano, he helps out. He is often heard over the phone-thing when talking to another TD character. He resides somewhere in Endsville.
Courtney-
Courtney wouldn't just tell you to do something, she'd force you. She forces you to collect items to sabotage Fuse's machines, and often sabotaging Chris and Gwen. She resides in Camp Kidney
Gwen-
Gwen would usually be heard over the phone-thingy, complaining. She develops a good relationship with Mandy, so much so that she too resides in Devil's Bluff. She gives out some missions involving Chris' mishaps and Wawanakwa related trouble.
Heather-
Tries to get on your good side, but gets more forceful over time, ending up forcing you to collect things to protect her. She tries to ignore the island. She resides in a small fort, resembling the Cul-de-sac, but in Sector V.
Mr. Coconut-
Will act like the Watermelon from Adventure Time: a shop/vendor. He'll give Total Drama related items.
Sierra-
Stand in Pokey Oaks South. She handles and sells the weapons Cody's made. She handles a long series of missions involving finding Cody, who went missing when Fuse attacked.
Izzy-
She handles missions related to building and testing her makeshift weapons and inventions. Most of them work. She resides in Nowhere, but claims she has no idea how she got there. She is sad over the loss of 'Big O'.
Katie and Sadie-
They have the exact same missions and are right next to each other, so they count as one NPC. They handle missions related to locating the other campers. Once you find all of them, Katie and Sadie's missions stop for a long period. They reside in the Chrisiseum.
Noah-
Gives missions dedicated to saving habitats from Fuse. He sends you to do cleanup, and destory many monsters at a time. He resides in Habitat Homes, near Windsor Gorilla.
Harold-
Harold is outside the Mandark's Laboratory infected zone. He gives various missions relating to getting things from Coop and objects related to finding Leshawna. It is revealed throughout his missions that Leshawna was killed during the initial invasion, and he's in serious denial, thinking she's out there somewhere; mainly in the City region.
Bridgette-
Bridgette hangs out in Orchid Bay, mainly as a lookout making sure that the Ice King is doing good. She gives you missions tracking Fusions, as she seems to be the only one who can see differences between Fusions and characters.
DJ-
DJ sticks around Nowhere, using Izzy, Kevin and Juniper for protection. he developed a special bond with Courage, and most of his missions involve him. He loves it in Nowhere, claiming that it suits him. His missions involve Muriel a lot as well.
Duncan-
Duncan is in the Forsaken Valley, planning to take Fuse on himself. He is being held back by Hex from afar, as he somehow has valuable information on Fuse. His missions usually involve sending and receiving information between characters.
Alejandro-
Alejandro is inside the Wawanakwa Island infected zone, being one of the only characters in an infected zone. He claims that his latin blood won't allow contamination. He has claimed that the cabins are now 'his land', and usually gives missions trying to kick people from Wawanakwa Island.
Mike-
Mike is with Zoey in the Offworld Plaza. He plays a major role in many Guide missions, as his 'Vito' persona knows about many of the Fusions for a strange reason. He is permanently in his Vito persona, lacking a shirt. He does not give missions of his own.
Zoey-
Zoey gives out an incredibly high amount of missions for a non-main character. She is with 'Vito'. She gives many missions trying to find where characters have gone, and keeps tabs on them. She is one of Dexter's favourite people, as she pretty much follows his very word as law.
Scott-
Scott hands out missions outside the Cul-de-sac in Peach Creek Commons, as he is prohibited from entry by Edd. He hands out missions working with the Kanker sisters to get inside, and harbours a crush on Marie.
Cameron-
Cameron is in Sector V, handing out missions related to mechanical errors and helping Numbuh 2. He gives weapons created by th K.N.D., suggesting he is a member.
Lightning-
Lightning is on Wawanakwa Island. He's trying to clean out fusion matter from the infected zones, as the radioactive waste in his body prevents him from damage. He usually attacks Fusions head on, having nanos himself that the player cannot obtain. His missions obtain you powerful weapons.
Lindsay-
Lindsay is outside a house in Pokey Oaks North, thinking that the Fusions won't attack her because she's pretty. She gives missions to retrieve her make-up and fashionable items, but gives most of them to you because they're covered in fusion matter.
Justin-
Justin resides in The Park, in the second area in Fusion Fall. He gives missions relating to dirty work, mostly going to Wawnakwa Island. Most of his missions make the player attacks an incredible amount of enemies, but you get very high rewards from him.
Ezekiel-
Ezekiel is right outside Fuse's Lair, not being attacked for reasons unknown. He gives missions that usually send the player to Foster's Home. Unbelievably, you can get his nano at Level 8, if you are that daring.

Nanos:
Chris-
Level: 24
After doing a lot of Chris' Guide Missions, he sends you to Endsville, where there were many claims of him stealing. Many people agree that it wasn't much of a stretch. Regardless, you follow the trail to the Power Plant infected zone and battle Fusion Chris, who is almost as obnoxious as the real deal.
Leech - Point Treasure - Self Scavenger - Self
Chef-
Level: 36
Chef notices a disturbance in the Wawanakwa Islad infected zone, and sends you to take a look. You must go to Bridgette first, who instantly realises that it's a Fusion She alerts you, and sends Ezekiel to help you. After defeating Fusion Chef, you get his nano.
Health - Self Stealth - Group Health - Group
Heather-
Level: 16
Heather is appalled when she's accused of stealing K.N.D. items, and she sends you to investigate. Bridgette tells you that it's not the real deal, and you must go prepared, because she's harsher than the real Heather. After following the trail to the Leakey Lake infected zone, you battle and defeat Fusion Heather.
Leech - Area Damage - Area Radar - Group
Owen-
Level: 4
Izzy says that she saw Owen recently, and Heather says that you shouldn't listen. After series of missions, it is revealed that it was Fusion Owen, and that he was hiding out in the Mr. Smoothy infected zone in Bellwood. After defeating him, you must console Izzy, who gives you an incredibly good weapon for your troubles.

Camp Wawanakwa-
Everything from the campfire pit to the cabins is an infected zone. It is near Orchid Bay. On it is the Chrisiseum, which houses some NPC's and is a safe zone. There are many vendors there.

When you go to the Fire Swamps and Hero's Hollow, you'll see the remnants of what appears to be a war.

Cheese fell out of the sky somehow and into the battlefield (SACT now think he's an alien). He then found what he thought was a machine that made chocolate milk, actually being I think a self-destruct button.

And now Dexter has yet another imaginary friend to hate. You should see how mad he gets when doing Cheese-involved missions!
