is it possible, ok i'm getting ahead of myself, let me explain, so, on the project R discussion thread over the wiki, a guy said that he emailed CN, and got this as a reply:

We're aware of a bug in FusionFall involving random crashes due to the Unity Web Player. The issue has been documented and forwarded to our technical team for further review and we apologize to our players for any inconvenience this issue may have caused, and offer our sincere thanks to everyone who brought this issue to our attention. For further announcements regarding game updates, please visit FusionFall's news page at http://fusionfall.cartoonnetwork.com/community/news.php.

i know that you right now are probably thinking that this is a lie, BUT, we asked him for a picture of the email (pics or it didn't happen) and he gave it



since then, people are asking this guy to send more emails and ask that stuff be fixed and what not, i personally wouldn't do that though, but anyway, how do you take on this, i'm still a bit of a skeptic, but i'm willing to buy it, also, here's a link to the Discussion

Well . . . . . . the timestamp does say it came in 2013 so its not like its an old email.
But you're right. The guy does NOT need to bombard CN with a ## of emails.

It would just make them NOT want to send emails anymore...

well yeah, but the guy also reseived emails with different replies, look at the discussion, don't skip over it

So, it's significant because someone recently got a reply from FusionFall?
Is it really that rare for FF to reply to emails these days?
I'm sure I got a reply fairly quickly at the time of when FF still didn't get updates for months.
I think it was regarding toon shading, I can't remember.
The automatic reply (I assume it's automatic, even though it didn't specifically say it was)
may just be a technical problem response.
Still...false hope is better than no hope. Ya never know, maybe it is a real sign...
Though I think it's just an automatic reply. But whatever.

EDIT: it could easily be graphically manipulated (e.g. Photoshopped)
but who would go to the trouble just for an automatic sounding reply...so yeah.
The email is probably genuine. But that's not the main thing.

and besides that, according to him, they've replied to almost every email he's sent...weird

This is an automated response given randomly to players who submit techinical issues, I have talked with the senior games developer myself, and even now he doesn't know what to do with the game. Heck they are even probably working on another game assigned by cartoon network.

Don't get your hopes up, cartoon network started removing all comments made by me and a few others about updating fusionfall when fusionfall heroes came out......... They despise talking about the game right now it seems.

ANYTHING WILL DO. Host an official CN event . . . . Stop in and say hi once in a while . . . . . . Go back to posting up updates on race rankings . . . . . PUT GAME MODERATORS BACK IN GAME . . . . . . . offer to help others with In Game Events. there's a TON OF STUFF THEY COULD DO. I posted up a thread about our World Race we Hosted a while Back. I asked the posters there would they mind showing up at an event. THEY WERE JUST HAPPY TO SEE SOME SORT OF ACTIVITY WITHIN FUSIONFALL.

Maybe it's a task and a half to get a green light on anything?
It is a big company after all (maybe things need to be pitched to a board of directors or whatever it's called).
But then again, it's been so many months.
I don't know, to me it just seems like a matter of
careful budget management and staff.
Whatever the reasons, I'd like to know but I don't want to put any pressure on them.

But it is a bit unfair talking about updating FusionFall when they've just released
a game they worked hard on. Or maybe some people were spamming.
