Actually xlr theres about 2 more engines that do more things and npc,
as far as I know or saw u cant do npc with cheat engine..

and btw you should just ignore em who cares what they say not everybody is gonna like you.

but if you quit atleast visit a bit like xlr said 

I'm pretty sure you can mess with NPC textures with Cheat Engine.
