Yeah.
Honestly, I dont know of ANY MMORPG can transmit data to produce something like that without having to purchase and install game files first. A Game like that screenshot would take up ALOT of your computer resources and give your GPU a heartattack if you dont have one built to handle the workload.
However, you can get around the need to purchase a High performance computer if it was released on Xbox or PS3.
Thats basically the unofficial purpose of those consoles. It provides the ability to render and play High Definition Games and/or movies with half the cost of an Alienware/other high performance machine.
and I think that Multiplayer servers could be set up for people to play in game. I mean, you can already hook up a Xbox/PS3 controller to your computer and play FusionFall with it so its not like it's not mapped for the Console at all.

The only things that can produce that kind of things would probably be gaming consoles (i.e. Xbox 360, PS3) Computers alone can't produce those kind of graphics. Not until far (and i mean far) away in the future

You can get fusionfall on a ps3 with if you can install unity etc.Its a super hard project that no hacker in the ps scene would take up.
But they did port linux.

Eah . . . .no. Computers are used to create the games.
Remember? Transformers? You know, the big films that came to theaters that were made by Michael Bay? All of that was made by computers. All a console is, IS a computer. You need computers to build the consoles. The games are created on computers and then formatted (buttons re configured for controllers) to be played on Console.
Nice try though.

My computer can handle those graphics easily... But then again I paid quite a bit for it.

Is it Alienware?

If my laptop can run Crysis (pretty slowly NOW but it used to be quite playable when I had hardly anything installed!) it can certainly run the graphics suggested in the original post. Obviously you couldn't tell just by looking at it since a certain standard of optimisation, testing, etc. is required to ensure playability on mainstream systems. But most likely, (even though the 3D artwork is brilliant) it doesn't have TOO MANY things to slow down performance, such as excessive texture details, shadows, postprocessing, (such as colour correction, depth of field, bloom, motion blur, anti-aliasing, etc.) and other additional effects. It would be playable on decent computer I'd guess.
And computers (high end ones) are MUCH more powerful than today's consoles. Even the new suggested specs of the upcoming consoles (next generation) don't match TOP TOP gaming machines. (Though they match a lot of very respectable gaming machines according to the rumoured specs.)
Computers have always been better (performance-wise) than consoles; when mainstream systems had laughable specs (by today's standards) the military, NASA, etc. has better computers as did video game developers and still do have better machines than currently available to the public. (At least to my knowledge. Who knows, you might be able to get the machines they use but I would guess some companies have supercomputers which don't tend to be available to the public.)
As Undelos said, it takes a computer to make a console. (Technically just another computer with different tasks and specs, just like a calculator is technically a computer but that's going a bit far lol.)
Btw, my laptop isn't an alienware computer. They are VERY overpriced. But those who can afford them, at least rest in the knowledge that they have a reliable setup. (Compared to custom built ones....unless you're an expert at that sort of thing, then you can rely on your PC building skills. )

I think the whole idea of Alienware is now just sort of hype.
I think that if you get on a manufacturer's website (Toshiba, Dell, etc.) You can custom build a Workstation . . . . . . versus just a standard consumer model.
I downloaded a benchmark test the other day.
I just found out I dont have any memory installed on my GPU!! Oh wellz. It runs FusionFall just fine, and that's a relatively demanding game. I'm not too upset.

The graphics card can't work without memory. I'm guessing there's a compatibility error or something. You have to have some kind of memory in your GPU or whatever is processing your graphics. (I doubt your CPU is doing that stuff, or at least not to a workable extent to run FusionFall.) Even SkyFallen has 10mb on his GPU! And he CAN'T run FusionFall! (Sadly.)

Building a PC is over the top tricky.I do remember going to a workshop in a library when i was little.THe guy assemble and disaasmbled the computer.I mean i get some parts but nearly the whole thing is sketchy to me.
Undelos.Alienware is the best performing Pc for gaming.Dell and Toshiba are designed for other things but alienware is straight up gaming.Thats why the graphics cared is the highest in its standred. I dont even think you can overclock it. Thats how well it preforms.
How i know?Tryed it at walmart
Lol no memory?Try this
Spoiler:
Speeds up your PC at rainbow speeds

Target Plz.
I'm eating. That post almost made me spit out my food in laughter.
Thanks.
@X:
Well. I just pulled up my system info and have thoroughly confused myself. The benchmark test read that I didnt have any dedicated RAM for my GPU . . . . . . . . but my System info says I have just over a Gig in Adapter memory. (1.23337173461914 to be exact)

@Undelos, your confusion, has led to my confusion. Ok so, if it has zero [dedicated] memory, the small amount of memory it does have is reserved for system display and other basic graphical needs. But I think you DO have a dedicated graphics card as I remember you wrote long ago in a galaxy called Steve (as Oli always says) that you have a workstation computer with something like 512mb or 1GB or dedicated graphics memory which is pretty good.
I dunno what to tell you, GPU re-seating sounds complicated. (Maybe it isn't?) I've only re-seated (or whatever the term is) RAM which is pretty straightforward when the laptop I was working on had a removable keyboard. Sorry.
BTW, Alienware is just a gaming PC brand. I don't think it's technically 'the best' way to enable hardcore gaming. It's arguable I guess but I really think custom built PCs are better. (Depending on who makes them and with what budget and specs, etc.)

Ray, remember my rule about quoting large posts or images...? That goes for gifs, too!
What is it about people forgetting that rule? I mean, I've said it like, 6,808 times now.
