I recently played Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, yes I know these games are long time but Mario in these two games were awful. His jumping and movements were disappointing.  

I have played Super Mario Bro for the original Nintendo, Mario 64 and Mario Kart for the N64, Mario Party and Luigi Mansion and recently Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 for the Nintendo Wii.

 I have a great passion for Mario but honestly i find his jumping is lame. Anyone else share my same view? Reply With Quote

I like more the old ones (super mario world,mario 64,mario kart 64,paper mario 64 and more) but there still awesome mario games these days

I think Galaxy 1 was overrated. I preferred Galaxy 2. Mainly cause of the Starshine Beach Galaxy, which was based of Delfino Plaza from Super Mario Sunshine, a horribly underrated game.

I've played Super Mario Bros., Mario 64, Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Sunshine, New Super Mario Bros, Galaxy 1 and Galaxy 2. I've also played Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3, and Super Mario World, but since they were on emulators, I'm not counting them.

There have been WORSE Mario games. And if you think Luigi's Mansion was the 1st Luigi game, you're wrong. There WILL be a total of 4 Luigi games. Mario is Missing, Luigi's Mansion, Luigi's Mansion 2 and New Super Luigi U. But NSL U is actually DLC for NSMB U, coming soon. No idea when.

This is olivers field of fun but mario was never ment to be fun for me.Its just a classic.My childhood is all in super mario bros and duck hunt 2 in one

I'm still somewhat happy I'm not the only one who owned the 2-in-one copy of SMB and Duck Hunt for NES. That reminds me, I should get my sister a copy of Kirby's Adventure via the Virtual Console. I gotta find SOME use of that Gift option.

Kirby's Adventure used to be our favourite game when we were kids. I think she either left her NES and games at my mum's house when she left home or just gave it to me sometime after I was born. Either way, I still used to like the game. But playing it now via Brawl, it seems different than what I remember.

Me and my brothers favorite game to play together was more on the ps2 and it was NFS underground 1.2 was complicated as heck

Underground is ok but i like more most wanted and carbon

moves ha in the original all ya got is jumping a shooting what other moves does freaking mario need? i mean come on not much you can do with a small stuby body i mean come on orginal mario was great and trust me he only had 3 animations..

Running as small, Running as super, jumping as small, jumping as super, Gaining/losing power-up, sliding down the flag, shooting a fireball...

Yeah, last time I checked, 7 is bigger than 3. Uh, I am a total Mario nerd.

Speaking of Nintendo. there have been news on some new games. Apparently a Wii U remake of Earthbound (Chuggaaconroy said he wished he recorded his girl scream. The game better me released in Europe. We have not had ANY Mother games!) and a sequel to Zelda: A Link to the Past.

I think the release date for Pikmin 3 was also announced. I haven't seen the latest Nintendo Direct yet, so I don't know.
