Then upload it here. Anyway, this is Chad ##, a.k.a. Numbuh 274. Originally a normal KND Operative, until he became Supreme Leader. Tbh, now, I'm not sure whether to make him be Supreme Leader in 2006, or Numbuh 100. Either way, one of them is set to appear in either pages 2 or 3.

I'm not quite sure. All I know is that Numbuh 100 was Supreme Leader when Numbuh One was in training, though Numbuh 274 is seen training him in a flashback in Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y. So I may have to do a concept of Numbuh 100 and put HIM in the comic. Or at least the first issue. OR I could make it so 274 only just became Supreme Leader.
