I know darn well what the electron set is (I'm just not sure you want the meta mace). The level 22 boots come from the Cyberuses, the pants come from the Aubergine eggplant monsters that are level 23 in Nowhere, and the shirt comes from the monsters in Area 51.5. The Electron Meta Mace comes from the Level 21 Canyon Stalkers and the weird Alien Beanie Hat seems to compliment the set.
