If they're stubborn about listening to your side of whatever story
this is about, then just use the ignore feature or something, I don't know how that website works.

Just before ignoring them, you should probably send them one last
message telling your side of the story and that you don't care if they don't believe you,
it's the truth, bye, etc.

Although, if they're horrible people, then they don't even deserve that.
