OH there's also that one about the bottomless pit around hero hollow/ the piercepipe mountains,   you basically jump in and your character keeps falling, the only way out  is warping away or to a buddy,  It's behind a mountain so you'd have to climb a lot to find it.

And I already uploaded a thread about the hole that takes you underwater, you basically go to mounkey mountain and jump into the water, find a rectangle emptiness. and there you go., walking underneath the ocean.

that was semi proven by Ty and some of guy (hehe, rhyme) basically, if 1 is in the unknown, and warps to the top of the Treehouse, he can be seen for a brief moment, the story was something like, this guy's character was deleted or something, and for some reason, a hollow version can be seen there on debug servers

I'm not sure about this one but I heard that its possible to buy a black ace from some store vendor, but it just appears in rare occasions or if your just lucky. idk if its true though

I think the story was the character went to the unknown explored it and tried to warp back to the main area by warping to a friend at the top of the tree but instead then he was disconnected and was stuck on the Online glitch permanently and 
thats how he was stuck and is what he is today

I know some, but they were already listed, like the ghost of Forgotten Falls, the lost Island out in Orchid Bay, and others, but there is one that no one listed, out in Peach Creek commons, near the Trailer Park, some say that there is a Three headed, and eighteen tentacled Power Painsaw, that changes it's level to level one, to level thirty six, I say it's a glitch, or just made up, but it's a myth for others alright!

There are 3 I remember. All of which were busted. The UFO in the Haunted Ridge (True), Skull Island (False. It's just on the map for decoration) and the ghost in Forgotten Falls (I think it's just a background noise of the ambiance. Still not true.)
