Been a while since I did this. Anyway, here's where we can talk about the upcoming Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. Not that there's much to talk about as it's coming out next year. So I guess this could just be for updates. The links go to the character profiles.

I heard rumors that Roy may be in the new super smash bros because he was in the newest fire emblem game

Nothing on the Fire Emblem wiki about Ike and Roy being related. But I kinda doubt it. Then again, I've never played a Fire Emblem game in my life. I THINK the only one released here was 'Awakening', but I simply have no idea.

That is not true! It's been up since the Potis Altiare arrived on Earth! Which may or may not have been before cavemen discovered fire.

Fox is my first best. Pyromance.....I mean...Roy was my second.

Ever since Nintendo took away my "Fire obsessed Psycho" card away, I had to move on. Picked up Pit as a subsitute. He's a really fun balanced character with clean, fast strikes and a reflector move that comes in handy. I'm also a heavy Smash Attack user..............but I HATE THE SMASH BALL. Hate it when the fight stops just to have everyone run after it.

The B button's on the Wii Remote. I haven't played without the Nunchuck in a while, so it could instead be either the 1 or 2 buttons.

   yea me too but i do have a wii and a gamecube

The closest I have to an N64 is Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64 on Virtual Console.

I can't believe I won! Undelos had the advantage in the first match. I'm more used to using the Gamecube controller, but the game wouldn't let me use it, so I had to settle with the Wii Remote.

Anyway, new update: There seems to be a new character. Sort of. It seems you can play as a male Wii Fit Trainer as well. It's probably just a costume, or maybe it's like Melee where you have Mario and Dr. Mario in the same roster.

It's not in the site's roster, just a simple picture:



I'm still playing as Mega-Man, though.

I feel like he's probably just some sort of alternate costume, since he doesn't have a page on the official site.

The only (official) Smash Bros. game I've played was the original N64 game, but if I ever get a 3DS, I'll try to get this when it comes out.

That's... what I just said. And it's on the Wii U and 3DS. I probably won't have either console by the time this comes out. I never had an N64, my sister didn't have Melee and I didn't have a Gamecube, and Brawl came out in March 2008, while I got a Wii for Christmas that year.

Update: Marth joins the battle!

Well, since no one's saying anything...

I'm glad Marth's coming back. But it's also giving us a bigger chance of Ike or Roy to return. I hope it's Roy, I never had a chance to play as him. Whereas Ike is just over-used.

Obviously no one likes Marth.

I've never played Brawl (or Marth's game), so Marth returning doesn't impact me much.  It is nice to see another character returning, though. I try to keep up with the series as much as I can, despite my newest system being a DS. 

Same here. But I'm still waiting for Groose, Linebeck, or Waluigi. And I don't mean as trophies or stickers, I mean PCs! Maybe Krystal, as well.

UPDATE: Zelda returns!



Why are they using their Twilight Princess versions anyway? That game came out in 2006, and since then, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword and A Link Between Worlds have all been released, and Hyrule Warriors has been announced a week or two ago. You'd think they'd use either their Skyward Sword or ALBW counter-parts. I mean, Skyloft appears as a stage on the Wii U, and the Spirit Train on 3DS.

Oh well, at least Phantom Zelda appears too.

Update: King Dedede rejoins the battle!

Me want Ike, Lucario,  and Game&Watch. Them is awesome.  And Snake, Diddy, and Meta Knight.

Also I think they use Twilight Princess Zelda because that version's the most famous one? I'm just guessing. Or it could be the their favorite one. Who knows.

Small update: A few months ago, we had Skull Kid. Now Ashley from the WarioWare series appears as an Assist Trophy.

Late small update: Alfonzo replaces Link as the driver of the Spirit Train on the Spirit Tracks stage (3DS only).
