I saw monsters university it took awhile to make but I gotta say it was an amazing film the animation was top and the story line was good.

Alrightthis is what you're going to do. 

Open Firefox and launch Fusionfall like normal. Up until the box saying ID in Use appears. 

Now Launch Windows Task Manager. You can do this by simply right-clicking your taskbar. A menu will pop up, left-click Start Task Manager. Or by pressing together the keys CTRL+ALT+Delete at the same time and clicking on the Task Manager Menu.

Once you have Task Manager open click on the Processes tab on the top. A bunch of processes should be displayed. Scroll down through them until you find one with the Image Name "plugin-container.exe*32". If you have multiple of those processes open, click on them and at the bottom ofthe task mmanager window you should see a button that says End Process. 

End all of the plugin containers for firefox. If you did, once you return to the Fusionfall window, the plugin container should have crashed. Close the window and relaunch the game.  It should work fine now. 

If you have any questions post here again, I will try to help.

i did it then went back on and it didn't work any other substitutions

Firefox and Internet explorer are the worst browser but not for fusion fall these are the best I personally always use chrome it takes almost 2min to load a page with me using internet it takes 10 seconds with chrome... so ya it depends on the computer and browser. In the mean try just try a different game, go outside, watch tv do somethin till its fixed.

If it was stuck on Firefox,  that is the only way to fix it. 

Try it a few more times.  If it was stuck through IE, I don't know how to fix it.  One of my other accounts is stuck in IE, and has been for almost a month.
