- Basically an emotional robot.

Octus:



- Is able to create holographic projections to become Newton or Mr. Lunis.
- Is from the planet Galaluna.
- Created by the king of Galaluna to protect Princess Ilana.
- Is known as a robot, though no one knows exactly what he is.

geez does CN really get this random? I'd say octus just because I watched his show once.. I hate CN. atleast nowadays.

CN and DC. Brainiac 5 first appeared in 1961.

Ehhh people will argue Braniac 5 due to more "feats". But I'd like to say Octus.

When I saw the title I thought we were gonna talk about the real Brainiac now that was an awesome villain my fav was when he fought the JL and Static shock good fights but back on topic i think that Brainiac would still win.

Probably because The Legion of Super-Heroes aired in 2006 and was cancelled after season 2. I would've loved for there to be a 3rd season, but it was getting darker, and Brainiac 5 left the Legion at the end.
