| Windows Update won't likely fix your graphics problem.
It's your graphics card which is damaged, ask a computer repair shop technician to look at the old good graphics card you had that got burnt
and ask if it can be fixed.
If it can be fixed, ask how much it will cost and it probably will be cheaper than getting a new graphics card. |

I don't think it would fix your problem because your replacement graphics card is quite bad :/
So ask a technician to look at the good graphics card and if it can be fixed and for how much. |

| Well at least find out if it can be fixed, if it can and you can't pay for any repairs then maybe there's a free way, like simple stuff you can do yourself. That's my suggestion, just ask what's wrong with the graphics card and if it can be fixed.  |
