I seem to remember my graduation from primary school being more celebratory than high school...
In primary school, we had a sort-of assembly with us on stage with I think our parents in the hall itself. We all got little dictionaries, each with a little plaque glued on about what the headteacher thought of us. She said I was funny and always found something to smile about. A legacy I didn't carry on into high school.
As for high school, I don't remember anything. Well, ya know what this calls for?
