Nope. There are pumpkins and ghosts everywhere, and you can get some Halloween missions in the Wizard City Commons. The majority are in free areas. I'll be on in a few mins.

Eh, I've been distracted lately by Simpsons: Hit & Run. I only just got the Gamecube version last week, it takes place in October, and I missed roaming around level 6 as Bartman. Razz
