Ah It was so stressful in the final match but finally I have earned the top rank in pvp.

Yes. You can do it in groups or by yourself. I prefer to do it by myself but well... it's all about personal preference. you can pvp with up to 3 other team mates. there are several strategy's out there for pvp. You can read up some or just thoughts in general on Duelist101.com or Wizard101Central. If you don't have a membership you can only do practice pvp. or if you decided to buy a 1 match pass 2 hour pass (i think) or a 24 hour pass note: the passes cost crowns. but in the end yes pvp in my opinion is good.   about it being better than regular gameplay its what most people do when they're bored besides talking with friends. so idk how to answer that in a good way.
