Hey for those who are interested I am making a Wizard101 YouTube channel the name of the channel is StarSwordTv I plan on a lot of videos but so far i'm going to be doing low level pvp. I will provide a link I am just to upload my first video or my test video. W101.........to put it nicely........is an acquired taste. Again, here's me comparing again but FusionFall was for those with short attention spans....and yet worked wonderfully. Action and tasks were straight forward, sometimes banking in on the tedious but still. It kept you engaged because it wast turn-based combat.
W101 is for those that.........well............I dunno.
The gameplay is a little too simplistic to attract those wishing for a challenge....yet the use of Traps and shields befuddle the audience that it was intended for. Unless they stick with it and gain some friends that would tell them how to properly duel.
Or they just learn it themselves. Whichever one.
But yeah, I even find myself getting irritated at the monsters that draw all the same cards and summon the same things. I like the fear and the mystery of coming upon a new enemy. You round a corner and see several dark shapes in a dimly lit corridor. They're hunched over with a deep purple aura around them. All of a sudden they see you with their glowing red eyes and start slowly stalking up to you.
Then they challenge you to a duel and start off by summoning a leprechaun.
Really?
Give me a Creepasaurus Rex to run from anyday...

Yeah, FF was engaging. And in some occasions, enraging. But it was still my favourite game for it's whole life. Too bad Steve's graphics wood spoiled the fun.
Spoiled, yet... made some memorable moments. Everytime it's a sunny day (Which isn't very often), and I'm outside (Which is less often), I would just be reminded of FusionFall. Same goes with snow, I think. Probably due to the time of year the Sneak Peek was held.
I've gotten used to FF being gone, have been since August or September. It's just the Sneak Peek I miss the most. When the Caterplug numbers were fewer, before melee weapons had that blue streak of light, when charging Eruption Attacks were just cracks on the ground, when everyone was getting their Edd and Megas Nanos, I still had Blossom. Hoping to get to Tech Square... :moon:

Yeah I know what you mean the game isn't challenging yet. But soon the game is going to get SO challenging that your going to find yourself asking for help from random people all the time. Yeah it gets that bad
