| Rage quit it out the window. Or Delete your Registry.
They wont help your situation........but it will make you feel a ton better. |

| Wait. Did you say your dad recently bought it??? If its not working right then you need to take it back. It should be under warranty.
But that's only IF you recently bought it. If not, check your warranty to see if that computer is still under it. Its not the first time I've heard that an Alienware computer was starting to have trouble. |

He bought it around last Christmas and thats when I sold back my Mac laptop BUT I CAN SAY ONE THING ABOUT ALIENWARE..... It has some pretty sick Game Graphics. And yesterday i ordered a keyboard pad which I already know how to setup and im gonna save up for a new fan. |

| Meh, 1GB graphics cards are becoming cheaper these days. All you'll need for the next couple of years of gaming is a 1GB card. If you want to be future proof for at least 5 years, get a 2GB graphics card but usually that's an overkill option. Also, the clock speed and shaders matter too but I'm not expert...I just check out benchmarks and YouTube demonstrations of video games on certain cards at certain resolutions with a certain amount of ram and a certain type of processor.  EDIT: I wish I had a faster processor, my graphics card is a monster but my processor is bottle necking its potential; thus I lag on Crysis at maximum settings.
