There seems to be good news for fans of the Alien movie series, as Sega has finally confirmed the development of Alien: Isolation; a survival horror title based on the investigations of Amanda Ripley, the daughter of the film franchise’s hero Ellen Ripley. releasing a new gameplay trailer, screenshots, and a developer diary explaining why Creative Assembly believes Isolation, and not a generic space marine shooter, is the game that fans of the original film have been waiting for.
The first rumors concerning the existence of Isolation – a survival horror game emulating the tension and vulnerability of Ridley Scott’s Alien (1979) – promised that both Creative Assembly and Sega were taking their time with the game, intent on both understanding and avoiding the issues that fans and critics alike took with Colonial Marines. And from the first in-progress footage, the studio seems to be heading in the right direction.

I don't know if any of you classic hipsters have watched the original alien film around the 1970 or alien vs predator but this game is AWESOME... It's like amnesia except for consoles. (Sorry no Wii-U cannot handle a game like this. lol)

anyway so if any of you oldie hipsters have seen alien vs predator you may be more familiar with the story line :-)
I am really looking forward to this game its pretty much like amnesia except I think much better. With enhanced sounds and graphics and gameplay this game looks like its going to be a fun ride/thrill and scary experience I look forward to. what are you're guys thoughts... No release dates yet but its confirmed to be released for Playstation 4 and Xbox one, xbox 360, playstation 3, and PC.

Hope it doesn't turn out like Colonial Marines. Looks good, though. Sega aren't too bad at developing games, so that should be a plus.
