Since there are a few here that may feel left out from the selected game concentration chosen for the forum (DC Universe, W101, Dn)
I wanted to ask this general question of what everyone likes to play.

Feel free to list console gaming too. I initially didnt want too many new people from the console side to get on here and mess up the vibe in how we hang with one another but it cant be helped I guess.

Its just that we're all conditioned to be lax and not so hardcore about anything. I was just afraid that some new people would join and throw off the harmony here by being super serious about what they're into. (main reason I havent joined any Dn forums on the side)

But anyway. I want to get a general feel of what everyone likes nowadays since FusionFall is gone for the time being.

Hopefully you enjoy a game that has some sort of Online feature.

Me personally, Ever since starting an account here and getting into FusionFall, I really dont prefer to play single player offline games. Its far more fun to play with friends.
So, Im gonna limit my picks to Dn and w101.
I also play Borderlands 2 on the 360 but my Xbox Live account is down for the time being since I no longer have time to play it.

No polls this time.

I love online console games. Unfortunately, I only have Brawl.

N. E. Way: My favourite console games are:

- Super Mario Sunshine
- Zelda: Skyward Sword
- Zelda: Twilight Princess
- All original 6 Spyro games (Spyro the Dragon, Gateway to Glimmer, Year of the Dragon, Enter the Dragonfly (Sort of), A Hero's Tail and Shadow Legacy)
- Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks

PC and MMO:

- Sims 3
- DC Universe Online
- ToonTown Rewritten (I know, won't be out 'til later this year, but it's pretty much the same as the original)
- FusionFall
- Project: Exonaut
- Wizard 101

That's all I can think of. Shrug

@OZw: I just recently got back into spyro. My cousins that are staying with us are playing it. Need a memory card though.
But whenever they get stuck in something they hand the controller to me and I burn through whatever challenge that is there.

Such nostalgia. Might revisit Spyro art if this continues. Think

I want to run my own MMO server one day. May be very FusionFall-eske since FusionFall WAS unique in all of the ways that I can respect.

That's exactly what I used to do to my sister. Her memory card didn't work, so the furthest I could go in Spyro 2 was Autumn Plains. Everytime I got to Crush, I'd ask my sis to beat him for me until I could do it myself.

I also asked her to beat the Manta-Storm in Super Mario Sunshine once, but even she couldn't defeat it. And I think I also asked her to do the Blink levels in Spyro 5, as my fear of spiders back then was extended to even video games.

But yeah, when I was a kid, my rule of gaming was: If stuck or in doubt, ask sis.

Unfortunately, the only Spyro games I can play right now are Shadow Legacy and the GCN version of Enter the Dragonfly. And that version is slowly getting the problems I have with my copy of Spyro 2; music and/or VA sometimes not playing. I really need to get a new PS2 adapter soon... Sigh

Not right now, but maybe down the line. Which language(s) are you familiar with? I'm just curious because I wrote a Roam() method and I was wondering how you would do it. The method is basically for any NPC movement and I haven't added attack yet.

Console:...actually i just play whatever i'm in the mood to, and i don't feel like making a list of favorites

and no, i don't use any of the online functions of my console games, i'm too lazy to set up a connection...or maybe i just haven't bothered to look at it, i don't know Razz

Well DC Universe online is free on ps4 and I heard its pretty good but its not my cup of tea tbh.
I prefer battlefield lol, its a time killer for me.

Maybe one day a fan project game might arrive.
In the meantime, focus on your studies and/or play other games. Smile

Console games, PC games....
There's a game that looks slightly similar to FF.
It's called Energy Hook.
It hasn't been released yet and I'm not sure if it's multiplayer or even if it's a decent game but someone who worked on the swinging in the PS2 Spider-Man 2 game worked on this game.
To be more accurate, it looks more like Ultimate Spider-Man but....emptier....and stuff.
I sometimes look at the Unity games list just in case one day, something FF like shows up. Misery

I'm not that sad about FF anymore but that's mostly due to me having to study more, focusing on other things, never having played THAT much anyway after getting to the max level after F2P and just always preferring other games (even though FF's social/nostalgic value is near unbeatable. Razz

Me personally, id like a new FusionFall game with the same battle system as Dn.

FusionFall was quite awesome the way it was.......but among the few changes that it did need.........if that became one of them.......I dont think I'd ever stop playing..

Eldevin = mmorpg kinda like runescape.. but different.. despite the similar look.. they are both running on java anyways.

lego chima online... surprisingly fun... but they run the whole pay to play better or "pay to win" type thing with the membership features.. still a good lego action adventure... btw it has a few things that remind me of fufa... - character creation/name generator.. even some of the exploring .. or at least in my opinion.. i dont enjoy "exploring" in games much, but fufa and Lego chima online do something similar with that open world quality.. LCO also has a "grinding" method in there somewhere.. because there is gear that is better and rarer then others but i doubt it will become an actual thing.. because there is an in game item market.. sorta a easy outlet to getting items if you buy the currency and get all the best gear you want,.... besides all this i love another thing about this game it has a crafting feature... soo you get wepon or armor blue prints and you basically just need two 2x1 blocks and two 1x1 blocks to make the item.. but you can tweak the items colors with different colored legos.
